Every new day brings new challenges, new problems, and new goals to us. To face the day with the utmost power and less fatigue all we need is a high dose of energy which can be easily obtained from fruits and vegetables. But what if one like me don’t enjoy them eating naturally? In this case, SMOOTHIE mode is the best alternative.
I usually prefer smoothie as breakfast now and then also. When I used to go to college (before corona hit), I hardly had time to eat in the morning. So, I used to follow the whole 5-minute process of making and drinking a smoothie. It not only saved me from heading to college with an empty stomach but also provided me the energy to face the working day.

You can also have it as a breakfast or as an afternoon snack to get through the last stretch of the day or anytime you need that extra boost of energy because you can always carry it with you in a portable container.
One more reason, I am a bit smoothie obsessed because I am super lazy to make those delicious yet tough, unhealthy, and time-consuming dishes. But making a smoothie is just a 2-minute process. Moreover, between this heat and humid temperature + summer produce at its peak, swapping out a meal or two with a smoothie isn’t the worst idea.
And that’s all why I want to throw together these quick go-to smoothie recipes that are super easy to make at home. Now whip out your blender and let’s load it with fruit and veggies.
1. Mango Paradise

If you enjoy sweeter things in life, you can opt for a smoothie like ‘Mango Paradise’. Mango is a fruit rich in magnesium and minerals that help in cellular energy production. This smoothie packs one mango, one carrot, two apricots (dry-fruit), two tablespoons curd and honey as suits you.
2. Scented Punch

If you have five minutes just blend one banana, two tablespoons cocoa powder, one cup of cold milk, and honey as suits you. Also, add this secret smoothie ingredient i.e. one tbsp of Vanilla extract to bring out the other flavors and add a touch of sweetness.
3. Frozen Feast

Behind their adorably fuzzy exterior, peaches are super versatile. You can toss them into a salad, bake them into a pie, or simply eat them whole. Or, of course, you could blend two frozen peaches, two pinches of ground turmeric, one and a half cup of orange juice, and one frozen banana into a juicy frozen smoothie.
4. Tropical Sunshine

Consider this a tropical treat for your taste buds. This smoothie is loaded with one cup of frozen pineapple, one cup of frozen mango, one cup of orange juice and one and a half cup of coconut milk. Try this bright yellow sunshine smoothie to help lift up your mood.
5. Chocolaty Delight

This smoothie is an absolute delight and gives you a holiday feel. Recreate it at home by blending one frozen banana, one tbsp cocoa powder, four tbsp chocolate protein powder, four to five tbsp of peanut butter, and some milk, water, or yogurt (as you like). And BooM, you’re done.
6.Green Power

A dose of ‘green power’ is guaranteed with a smoothie that combines one big handful of spinach, one cucumber, one kiwi, two tbsp of pumpkin seeds, and honey as suits you. It’s the perfect blend with just the right amount of green to give you energy and vitality anytime.
7. Creamy Behavior

This smoothie is deliciously thick and creamy. Grab an apple, a banana, one tbsp soaked chia seeds, two pinches cinnamon powder, two tbsp curd, half cup water, and two tbsp honey and you have everything you need to make and have this ‘creamy behavior’.
8. Fruit Burst

We are out on a limb and guess you’ve never had one cup of pineapple, one kiwi, one cup of orange juice, one glass of coconut water, and a little ginger blended into a smoothie before. But you’ll want to sip on this blend all the time after you try it. Also, it’s one of my super favorite, must-try.
Conclusion
I have provided some of my favorite smoothie recipes above for you all to try. And now when you understand why smoothies are so great and have an idea on how to make them you shall give it a go 🙂
Note: Feel free to switch up the ingredients as you choose. You can also add more water or milk if you don’t like them thick.
