World is dealing with a pandemic COVID19 and very soon the situation will be fine and all things will be better than before. Things will take time for recovery but the outcome will surely come best. Lockdown has ended and everyone is trying to restart their life as all the work was stopped, people come out with the new enthusiasm and start doing their work and contributing in the economy. People started moving their life as they do in pre COVID19 period they started their workout, studies, job, etc. Now also some people are scared and staying at their home as it is obvious.
Corona virus is a very dangerous virus which has spread all over the world. It’s an virus which is spreading from social contacting. From getting away from this virus people are maintaining social distance from each other. Implementation of lockdown has done because of this virus by which citizens can stay at there home and stay safe. Vaccine of this virus is not prepared yet. Corona warriors like Police, Doctor are fighting from this virus day and night to get rid of this virus. Citizens are also helping them by staying at home and if they are going out then they’re taking so many precautions while going out.
Nowadays people has also started doing workout. They do gym, exercise, morning walk, evening walk, etc to keep their body fit as so many people get obese by staying at home. People are doing walk and exercises by going outside. Workout is very important for ones body. If a person wants to stay healthy then exercise is must for that person. Doing morning walk lower the risk of disease in our body. For the teenagers it helps to loose weight and gives benefit in the future. We should do exercise and stay fit.
Are people taking precautions while going out for morning walk or for workout?
Yes, most of the people are taking precautions while going out for morning walk or any exercise or workout. They are trying to stay safe. People are maintaining distance of 12 feet from every person so that no one can get in touch by mistake. We all have to look straight ahead so that we should notice that who is coming from front and how can we maintain distance and must avoid doing walk or jogging in crowd. Most of the people wear hand gloves while going out if they don’t wear hand gloves then they don’t touch there hands anywhere. By keeping some precautions we will stay safe by going out also.
Should we do exercise while wearing mask?
Wearing a mask while walking, running, jogging or while doing exercise is very risky. WHO recommend not to wear mask while doing exercise. When we wear mask while doing exercise we will not inhale properly as mask make difficulty to inhale the quantity of air which we needed. A surgical mask increase the resistance to airflow. When we do exercise it leads to a faster and harder breath which is compulsory to pass and if mask was there than it creates difficulty and creates problems in lungs while breathing. When we do heavy exercise our muscles produce lactic acid which causes burning sensation and then it is converted to carbon dioxide and exhaled in which you may re-breath carbon dioxide which can reduce cognitive function and increase breathing rate. At a walk we can wear mask comfortably as that time our intensity is low.
